Diamond Inguss Strikaitis is a people person, and as a salon owner in Virginia, he had the opportunity to meet all kinds of people! Two of those people were Presidential Diamond Kaye Sowder and Ruby Executive Marsha Peters, who introduced the Ultimate Body Applicator™ to Inguss as a product for his salon. It ended up being such a phenomenal success for Inguss that within a couple of weeks he sold the salon and went with It Works! full time. Autumn has arrived with its spectacular colors, refreshing temperatures, and, if you’re like most of us, a flurry of activities. If leaves were Post-it® notes, I think each one falling into my yard might have a task written on it for me!

How can we deal with the stress and overwhelm of work, children’s school schedules, and all of these other commitments? Laugh them off. You see, when you’re stressed, your body produces harmful cortisol, but laughter can help your body destroy cortisol. This major stress hormone is no laughing matter. It is linked to high blood pressure, premature aging, and fat accumulation, especially around the abdomen.

Kids have this one down. They laugh more than 200 times every day. No wonder kids are so resilient. You see, laughter releases endorphins that relieve stress, elevate your mood and even relieve pain. Diamond Nina Kear believes in the power of teamwork.
