March is here...

Mark’s Madness is in full swing! This month will set the tone for all of 2011.  The team you build during Mark’s Madness will be the foundation for building your income to a new level.  Each new person you sponsor will springboard your residual income, from new auto ships, to new loyal customer sign ups. We now have a great set of tools available to set up our new team members for success. With our award-winning Training Academy, the new Playbook, and our It Works Opportunity Presentation we now have a system to ensure and give each new TEAM MEMBER the plan for their success. 

Our first ever “Dash to the Destination” was a huge success.  We introduced new tools, opened up the lines of communication, and recognized all of our fearless leaders working hard out in the field.  I learned valuable lessons from speaking with each one of our leaders.  We truly are, “Hope Brokers”. I am proud of the hope we give people and the dreams that we restore and encourage.  My hope is that each and every one of you reading this will be able to share and enjoy the experience of visiting our corporate offices here in Florida and start the process of really dreaming again.  I want each of you to make 2011 the year of “ReDreaming” or giving birth to newer and bolder dreams.  I know that 2011 will be a special year for many of you, and the team that we are building together.

The world is filled with naturally brilliant people who will never rise above mediocrity because they will not make the sacrifice or discipline needed to achieve success.  “What you are tomorrow, you are becoming today.”  The discipline of today, (how many times you show the plan, how many launch or wrap parties, how many new loyal customers you sign up, how many times you train a new team member) will determine your success for tomorrow.  The effort is well worth it.  Determine today that you will apply greater energy and effort to the different roles that are required of you.

Now one last area I want to look at today: your past.  We’ve all have “would have”, “could have”, and “should have” moments.  Many times we hold on to these memories, only to have them repeat themselves in the future. At It Works we “rise again”.  If you have a memory that holds you back, let’s close the door on your past or any circumstances that may cause you to stumble. Do this right now with me: Clap your hands. No louder! Clap your hands, right now!  That is our signal that the past is over.  Anytime you start to slip back into old habits or let negative thoughts creep in, just clap your hands and say to yourself, “No more, that door is closed.”  Let’s work together to finish your new bold story with It Works.
