Audacious April

I heard a story about a man who stopped in a country store, in a small town.  It was in a great, old building with high ceilings and wooden floors.  In the middle of the floor was an aging hound dog that kept moaning and groaning; but the owners and customers paid no attention to him.  Finally the visitor asked the shop keeper, “Is there something wrong with your dog?” “NAH” he replied “that’s blue.  He’s just sitting on a nail.” “Why doesn’t he move?”  Asked the visitor.  “I guess it hurts him enough to moan but not enough to move.”

  

I heard this story and thought of our business.  Sometimes people gripe and groan about where they are in life, but rarely do they do anything to change their circumstances.  Just like the hound dog, many people would just rather groan and complain than make the movement’s necessary to change their lives. People have a tendency to play it safe, to take no risks at all. They would rather groan and moan, instead of taking their shot at a change.  I want to applaud all of you who have stepped out of your comfort zone. You made the decision to let It Works Global be the vehicle to stop your griping and take action to dream again and have the imagination to see a new future. I am excited for you. It Works is a special company; we have a culture of working hard but enjoying the journey. We change lives. I challenge you to make this your time. If you have been stuck in a rut or caught in a frustrating cycle,  congratulations on your decision for change.  It takes guts to get out of ruts. Imagination and desire is often more important than knowledge. Let yourself think new thoughts and dream new dreams. We are setting new records here at It Works and you are now a part of our family. If you are one of the thousands of new distributors who joined our company this last month, have your Launch Party and learn to show “The Plan.” If you have been a part our company and are now riding this huge wave, make sure you go through the Play Book with your new distributors, support their Launch Party and show “The Plan”. Remember this quote, “You miss 100% of the shots you never take.”  This is Audacious April! Be Bold, Be Aggressive, and take your shot.  Use our simple Steps to Success.  Sometimes you have to do what you have never done, to get what you have never had.
