Breaking records and loving it!

Wow, where do we even start? July was yet another record breaking month in company history! That means we broke records in: March, April, May, June and July – now we’re already booming through August! We are adding so many new Distributors to our team on a daily basis. We are hearing incredible success stories such as, distributors reaching Double Diamond in less than 2 months and people who have been in this business long term who are now recommitting themselves and reaching new heights (even Triple and Presidential Diamond high). 

I couldn’t think of a better time to be with this company. You might think we sound like a broken record when we say we have been breaking records month after month, but what does that really mean?

Let me give you an idea of these records we are busting through.

• From 12 months ago, last July to this July we are up over 100% in sales!
• This past July “Bring it Back” promotion was the most successful promotion in company HISTORY for getting the most enrollments!
• The commissions for August will be higher than EVER and what other company can say that their CEO loves writing BIGGER checks?!

What does this mean for all of you? At corporate, we are seeing and hearing what all of you Distributors need and we are delivering!  We love talking to each of you at our Green Carpet events, Boot Camps, City Tours, and Conference. We are planning a lot of big things for the future of It Works! Global, and here are some of the things we have in store:

• In July we hit our 1,000,000th order (congrats to Jeffery C. from Canada) and are well on our way to the next million! And, in order to keep up with our ever growing customer base, our corporate staff is growing tremendously. Customer Service is hiring new employees each and week and we are adding more positions to the rest of our team.
• We implemented Phase 1 of our new lower shipping prices and we are working hard on Phase 2. Phase 1 included lower Standard US shipping prices only, but in the next phase we are going to announce lower shipping to other countries, as well as free shipping for Loyal Customers on autoship!*

• Recently we bought an organic farm in Mexico so we can grow our own ingredients for our amazing products so we can keep costs down in the future!

• Our Marketing and Design team is working on new and improved product packaging. We have already started with our new applicator pouches and are hearing rave reviews! Coming Soon: new packaging for our Defining Gel and Greens!
• Our ‘Yes, You Can!’ Freedom Conference 2012 website just launched and early registration has begun! We are aiming to double, if not triple, the number of attendees at the 2012 conference. Along with conference, we have City Tours across North America, so you can meet your Executive Team and top leaders! We will be traveling all the way from the South East tip of the US (West Palm Beach, FL) to Canada (Calgary), to the far North West (Sacramento, CA).

We are very excited that you are on this journey with us and want to thank you, all of our valued distributors, whether you’ve been in the company for 1 week or 10 years, we could not have achieved this success without each of you. We have some very big things planned for the future of the company, so hang on tight because the ride is just getting started!
