Diamond Nina Kear believes in the power of teamwork. In fact, she sees her team as the “IT” factor that got her to the IT List. “I think we’ve all got it!” she exclaims. “I really focus all my attention and time into training my downline. I work with them to help them get where they want to be. I’ve become close with distributors that are four levels down from me, and four levels down is ultimately going to get you to the top too.”

Nina has been inspired to be a hands-on leader by her amazing upline, Ambassador Diamond Ashley Sinclair, and good friend Diamond Sarah Gailey, who introduced her to the It Works! opportunity. Nina says that it was at a Boot Camp hosted by Ashley that she found her reason for being a part of It Works!. “Boot Camp is all about what’s your why; mine is seeing people change,” she says. Nina knows that her “why” has kept her focused and allowed her team to succeed. “It’s about feeling good, having fun, and changing people’s lives. I want to enjoy the journey, and I want everyone with me to enjoy the journey, too! We’re focusing on the right things and doing the right things and it’s happening!”
