Detox Pure and Simple

You’ve heard the buzz and seen the promotions for the products, treatments and special fad diets proclaiming to be the best or only way to detoxify your body. You don’t need to make use of heroic cleansing procedures that are painful, difficult or expensive. To healthfully detoxify your body, you simply have to abide by some basic principles. Eat well and drink plenty of pure water. Detoxification takes a lot of nutrition, especially minerals. You’ll find all the minerals and vitamins you need every day with It’s Vital and Greens.

Why Detoxify?

When I consult with folks experiencing a pattern of poor health, I like to tell them about the “health equation.” Good Health = Detoxification + a Balanced Immune System.
