Fresh Meat: Morgan Duits

Hello team! I would like to formally introduce you to the newest member of the It Works corporate team: Morgan Duits! Morgan has joined the team as a Project Manager and Marketing Specialist and she will be overseeing marketing projects as well as producing content for Living It Up. Morgan is currently studying Communications with a focus in Marketing and Business at Aquinas College in Grand Rapids. She was previously employed with Meijer Headquarters as the Media Coordinator with a focus on marketing and advertising. Duits managed and executed all direct mail projects, voice and text message campaigns, and outdoor advertising. Chris Burns, is looking forward to seeing what Morgan will do for the company. “I am thrilled with our recent hire Morgan. She is joining our newly formed Connections initiative and her marketing experience will not only bring innovative campaigns to the field to help drive new recruits, but she will also launch new ideas to help with retention.”

But enough with formal introductions! I interview Morgan to get deeper inside her head, so that you guys could get to know her a little better! Here it is:

What are you excited to bring to It Works?

I’m so excited to bring my creativity, organization, and marketing skills to the company, along with my fun spirit and smiling face. Great things are going to happen!

What does “The It Works Way” mean to you?

This quote really says a lot, it applies to anyone involved with It Works. But to sum it up: professional, committed, healthy, dedicated, driven, mindful, and FUN!

How do you stay fit and healthy?

By playing the Wii game “Just Dance” and also bike riding with my daughter (I do both things with her, I don’t dance by myself!

What is your favorite product?

The Greens. It feels great knowing that both myself, and more importantly my daughter, have some nutrition throughout the day.

If you were stranded on a deserted island, what three things would you want to have with you?

I know she’s not a “thing” but I would desperately need my daughter with me, otherwise the “things” wouldn’t even matter. Also, my bible, a row boat, and a compass.

Favorite food?

Macaroni & Cheese! And anything sweet or chocolate!

Favorite book?

Anything inspirational/motivational.

Favorite movie?

The Notebook…duh!

Favorite band/singer?

Laura Izibor

If you are given a chance to travel to the past where and when would you go and why?

I don’t have a desire to travel to the past. I’d rather travel to the future with hopes that the world is a better place than it is today.

If you were an animal, what kind of animal would you be and why?

A monkey! They’re hilarious, can be trained to do outrageous things, everyone loves them, and they get some great views with their climbing skills! (Footnote: not one of those bare butt monkeys!)

Any advice for our It Works distributors?

YES! FILL OUT MY SURVEYS AND ALWAYS GIVE US YOUR FEEDBACK/IDEAS/OPINIONS SO WE CAN HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL!

Make sure you give Morgan a warm welcome when you see her at Conference!
