Appreciation: That’s Where The Magic Is

Distributors always ask me, “What is everyone else doing to build their business and how the heck did they build it so fast?”  They are wondering, “where is the magic”?  I believe that we can find it—not out there—but within our own thoughts.   I believe the magic can be found in “appreciation.”

I love the word appreciation, but, more importantly, I love the feelings behind it.  In finance, it is defined as an increase in the value of an asset over time.  If the word appreciation means an increase in an asset and your business is an asset then let’s put appreciation into our daily lives to not only increase our business but to bless all aspects of our lives. 

• Fully appreciate how your business is expanding daily, even though you may not “see it”.
• Fully appreciate Mark and Cindy Pentecost, Luis, Dr.  Don, Mike Potillo, Wally Neeson and the entire corporate team, along with leadership, for all they do for you.
• Fully appreciate your family, upline, downline, and sideline.
• Fully appreciate the products,  what they are doing for you, and how little they cost.
• Fully appreciate your customers and distributors. They are your business!
• Fully appreciate your paycheck (no matter how much it is and mean it…be grateful).
• Fully appreciate the Customer Service Team and how they help you.
• Fully appreciate conference calls and how they keep you plugged in.
• Fully appreciate the website.
• Fully appreciate Green Carpets, Boot Camps, “One Team, One Mission” Tours, and Conference.
• Fully appreciate the cost of the $99 Business Builder Kit.
• Fully appreciate timing and where you are positioned in this company.
• Fully appreciate Success on Demand and how it helps you develop as a person.
• Fully appreciate the compensation plan and how generous it is.
• Fully appreciate the G.O.O.D. Bonus and how good it makes you feel!
• Fully appreciate the Steps to Success and how far they’ve taken you.
• Fully appreciate the Blitz Card and what an amazing marketing tool it is.
• Fully appreciate the Black, Green & Bling. You look fabulous in it!
• Fully appreciate YOU!
• Fully appreciate _________________________ (you fill in the blank).

 

Let today be the day that you make that special phone call to someone to show your appreciation.  Send a letter, card, text, e-mail, or Facebook them and say, “I believe in you and thank you for being a part of my life”.   Don’t do this in order to get something---that’s manipulation and people can sense it.  Appreciation is genuine. When things are not going the way you had hoped, know that it is perfection unfolding and go about appreciating your day no matter what.       

Oh, by the way I just got a text message from Joel Dunn who, as you know, is one of our top Distributors in the business, along with his wife Stefani, and this message fully explains where they are:  “It feels so good to have an amazing family!  Thank you!”  Now that is what I am talking about!
