Dallas Boot Camp

Dallas Boot Camp was an event like no other in the history of It Works! Global! Dallas, Texas, was the perfect place to kick off our Boot Camp tours! They say everything is bigger in Texas and this was by far our biggest boot camp yet! The energy and passion that filled the room could not be beat. It was incredible to see everyone representing It Works! in black, green, and bling.

The Boot Camp was an event packed with business building tips from our corporate team and the Leadership Council, and recognition for new promotions. Plus, we got to hear from distributors who have had their lives changed by our products and opportunity.

One of my favorite parts of the weekend was hearing from you during a new Boot Camp segment called “BOOM Time!” We gave our distributors the chance to get on the mic in front of our It Works! family to ask a question, not about the product or business, but about a personal struggle. We wanted to know, what are your fears or hesitations? What are your struggles? Our goal is to help you find a solution and that is an It Works! BOOM! Here are two of my personal favorite moments that really exemplified the It Works! Way:

• A retired Army Sergeant admitted to the team that he gets nervous talking to people when he blitzes. He received a standing ovation for his years of service and for bravely admitting that even though he’s “Army strong,” his nerves sometimes get the best of him. He received the advice to think of his upline as his Captain commanding him to go blitz! He learned that you have to STRETCH yourself and overcome your fears in order to succeed.

• A single mom confessed to the group that she bought a $30 It Works! shirt from the store that she couldn’t afford and was struggling to fund the start her business. One of our Presidential Diamond leaders walked over to this mom and gave her some of his earnings to say, “You’re appreciated and we believe in you!” At first you might have to STRETCH yourself to get your business booming, but it will ultimately help you get out of debt and leave a legacy for your family.

“Boom Time” is an activity that you can share with your team at training events or One Team One Mission tour stops. We are one team and that means we support each other. As one team, who knows what amazing accomplishments we will be able to achieve! 
Boot Camp was a life-changing experience, and if you couldn’t join us in Dallas, then I can’t wait to see you in Atlanta on May 17-18 for our next Boot Camp!
