Become the Leader YOU Aspire to Be

One of the exercises that we go do at Boot Camps is to list the attributes of the people that you want to recruit in your business. Below are some of the examples that you have given:
Strong work ethic

Burning passion to make their dreams come true

Determined to make a difference

Risk Takers

Charismatic

Connected

Great at what they do

Positive influence on the lives of others

Willingness to give back

Great at marketing

Great listener

Love to sell

Aspire to something higher than themselves

Concerned with doing the right thing

Know how to laugh and have fun

In order to attract this type of person into your business, you must become this person. You must start acquiring these attributes. One of the hardest things for people to understand is that you attract who you are. That can be tough. When you say that you don’t have anyone working in your business then you must ask that question of yourself. When was the last time you had someone try the applicator? When was the last time you added someone to your Living It Up Newsletter? When was the last time you hosted a Wrap Party? Do not look outside of yourself for answers, look within. What are you thinking? I hosted a training and two identical twins were at this meeting. It was very hard to tell them apart. One twin said that she could only get customers and the other twin said she could only get distributors. I said, “Switch Places”. In other words, switch your thoughts. The next time that I saw them the one who could only get customers said that now she could only get distributors and the other twin said now she could only get customers. What happened? They switched their thoughts and started attracting what at first seemed impossible for them. That is how powerful your thoughts are.

Start right now with any one of these by changing your thoughts about yourself. You possess within you each of these attributes. You have already achieved several of them. Have fun and know that you have to possess these because we attracted YOU to this business. Think about it!
