It is always very difficult to express in words the highlights from an It Works Conference—the people, the hugs, the laughter, the tears, the connections, and the FUN! At Freedom 2010 Conference we came together as a team more than ever. Everyone walked away knowing how truly special It Works is, how special they are, and knowing that what they do is so vitally important. We got to rub shoulders with everyone; from the shipping department, to the customer service team, to the corporate office, and even our doctors and formulators. We realized that we are all working together towards a common goal: to spread the word about our products and our opportunity.
I love hearing that customer service was excited to connect with the Distributors they talk to on a daily basis to congratulate them on their successes. And the distributors who wanted to let the doctors know how their health has been improved. The corporate team loved hearing from the distributors about how It Works has changed their family’s lives forever. Distributors also connected with other distributors to let them know how much each other’s stories impacted their own lives and that because of them they kept moving forward.
Teams have been formed, friendships made, and the desire to build a tremendous company grew tenfold at Freedom 2010 Conference. Everybody left knowing that we are creating a great business together—we became a family. Teams are now working together whether they are upline, downline or crossline. Lines no longer matter. This has been our dream since we started It Works. It may sound “Pollyanna” but it is our vision. We know that with combined efforts of the corporate staff, the distributors, and the customers, It Works is creating a Billion Dollar Company with a passion.
