Show IT! Don't TELL it!

Are you beginning to wonder why some of your Distributors are not partying with you, blitzing along side you, signing up new Loyal Customers, recruiting new Distributors, or just flat out not working IT? Then maybe you are telling them, and not showing them.  This is about showing your people what to do.

Think about it this way. If you are hired for a new job, you typically go through a month, or maybe even more, of hands-on training.  Ideally, the company that hired you has a training program already in place.  I know we do; The Steps-to-Success as well as our Online Training Academy. But wait, there’s more - YOU!  Regardless of your locations, when you sign up that new Distributor, it is your responsibility to help coach them along.  Now, I know you might have started the day before them, and then what do you do? Go to your upline, and keep going up, until you find the person that will help coach you both.  If you live in the same city, then go with them to their first 3 or 4 parties (maybe more if they need it) and Blitz with them at least once a week, until they get the hang of it.  This is what a good upline leader does.  You want to build this right don’t you?  Of course you do! Hands on training and being in the trenches right there with them will not only help them learn, but you as well.


Building a network marketing business is different than any other business out there. You will actually be rewarded for helping people become better at this than you are. Wow! That is different, and that is what I love about this business.  This is not about signing up a gazillion people and then throwing them out there hoping that they will “get busy”.  Did you know that just five key people can take you all the way to the top of this business? It is about partnering with them for life. (Yes, I did say life.)  This business is something you want to do for the rest of your life.  It is not a “get rich quick scheme”; this is a business built on integrity. (Although, come to think of it,  we do have some distributors getting rich pretty quick these days!)  Learn the necessary skills to build this business, stay connected with your upline, the company,  and most importantly, your team. 


It Works Global has distributors that have been with us since the very beginning, and we are all very loyal to each other.  This is what you want to build.  A team that plays together stays together. Go go out there and party, blitz, and learn the skills to make the thousands, and if you want, millions of dollars
