A new life

April is the month when we celebrate resurrection and new life. As I sat with Susan and my children during the Easter Sunday service, I was amazed again at the wonderful gift of eternal life offered to those who believe. I love the products - true, however I do not love the order and charge process. I understand and accept that certain products are on backorder, however, my credit card is being charged for product I have not received and do not know WHEN I will receive it. Most companies don't charge your credit card until the items have been shipped. What "IT works" has done by charging me for product I have not received feels dishonest. I don't like it and am considering canceling.

Dear Anonymous,
I totally understand and feel your frustration. I too have struggled with this concept. However when I called Customer Service much to my suprise they were able to help me move my next order out a whole month so I could first experience the back ordered items. I was so pleased. I am not sure if you are a Loyal Customer or Distributor but I would recommend giving them a call and asking to postpone any other orders till you can at least try the ones you ordered first. Now that Ive been able to experience the products I can see y this product is in such high demand!
Be patient my friend its worth the wait!
