Message from the CEO

Wow! It is hard to imagine we are already through the first quarter of 2012. What an incredible journey we are on. It seems like just yesterday we were at FREEDOM 2012 Conference unveiling our vision and calendar for the year. Our vision for the year is “One Team, One Mission, One

Hundred Million,” and the plan is to use our events to keep you and your team connected. As I look back over the first quarter, I know we are right on track. This isn’t happening by chance. It is well planned out with a team that is determined to change and impact lives.

I have 3 words for you: IMMEASURABLE – UNLIMITED – SURPASSING

Immeasurable: Cannot be measured; immense; beyond all ability to measure. The growth we are experiencing right now and the focus of our team cannot be measured.

Unlimited: Having no bounds or limits; unconfined; unrestrained. There are no ceilings or constraints on what you can accomplish. You absolutely have the right vehicle to get where you want to go.

Surpassing: Going beyond all others; exceeding in quality. This reminds me of all the goals it takes to promote to each rank, and watching you accomplish and exceed those goals. It also amazes me to see you fill out your dream boards and then watch you fulfill them and dream new dreams.

In this next quarter, I want you to continue to ride the momentum. Focus on the vision we share and be diligent in your daily tasks. Better yet, be relentless! Let nothing get in your way! Keep plugging in to events to build your business, and use them to stay energized and focused. For each and every distributor that does these things, the results will be immeasurable, the goals will be unlimited, and you will surpass all of your dreams.

I end with, “JOB WELL DONE!” for first quarter of 2012. Look out for the rest of 2012 as we take It Works! Global to a “whole ‘notha level!”.
