Double Diamond Maribeth Dodd wears many
hats: wife, mother of three boys, worship pastor, and, of course, passionate distributor
for It Works!. Last year, Maribeth and her husband knew that they wanted to
increase their giving to their church, but they didn’t know how it was financially
feasible. Soon after they made that decision, It Works! entered their lives.
Maribeth had 100% of the attendees from her
launch party sign up as distributors! She says, “It was like God hand-picked
who would be at the party that day.” Maribeth has helped her business soar
since that party by making each encounter with a prospect personal and having
one-on-one time to share the business and the products with them.
Similar to what she does through her
position in ministry, Maribeth encourages her It Works! team to grow in leadership.
Maribeth has this advice for new distributors: “You don’t have to feel
completely equipped when you start the business, but when you make that
decision, you have to go through all of the material and become a leader.
Become the CEO of your business and take it seriously!”
