The Way You Think Determines Your Belief Level

 It doesn’t matter where you have been in the past or where you are today. You are only one decision away from a great week, a great month, and becoming a Diamond.  And it all starts with the way you think.

You must have a belief in the product and the mission you are on and then strengthen that belief into a passion. You must develop an attitude and say “I will NOT accept failure. I can and will make this work.” Have a determination and willingness to work hard to build momentum; have a desire to achieve and keep a positive, optimistic outlook. So much of what you do and who you become is controlled by your mental attitude. Attitude isn’t something that you can hide. People can see it.

You may be wondering, “What does the way I think have to do with building my It Works business?” Well, having the proper mindset is the main key to your success. Developing a proper mindset does not occur overnight; it has to be worked on daily. You must put yourself in the state of mind that you not only believe you will succeed, but you know that you will! You must know in advance that you will push past all limits and all obstacles set before you.

We have found that the more we improved, the more the quality of our new recruits improved. Like Pam has always said: “Stand up and your income goes up.” You attract people like you. This is why it’s so important to improve yourself and your skills. Be, do and have what leaders have and you will attract leaders.

Are you moaning about the people on your team not doing enough or complaining about your inactive sponsor? What good can really come of that? Keep your mind on the things you can control. Focus your mind on your attitude, your own personal volume, the It Works events, calls you are tapping into, etc. How many parties or business opportunity presentations do you have scheduled?  Are you spending time on self-development and encouraging others?

It’s exciting! When you take care of the stuff that you can control, it affects all the stuff you can’t control in a positive way. Our attitude is one of gratitude; we are blessed to be able to work from home and help others do the same to achieve financial success and freedom.

Get an unshakable attitude about It Works. It’s better than a job, it’s better than working for someone else, it’s better than corporate work, it’s better than blue collar or white collar work, it’s better than any other way to make a living. Don’t take it for granted.  You have the gift, the better way, and have made the right choice. 

We encourage you to believe that you can, to stay positive, and control your thinking! Keep your eye on the end game. Don't put an expiration date on your success—fall in love with the process. With the right thinking and belief combined with taking action, you can achieve your dreams. When It Works gets in your blood, you bleed GREEN, and IT will be there for the rest of your life!
