Boost Your Immune System!

Whether you’re hoping to evade that cold your co-worker is coming down with or lower your risks of cancer, the body system that’s on your side is the immune system. When working at peak performance levels, your immune system can handle just about any threat—external or internal. By external, I mean threats like viruses, bacteria, allergens and parasites. By internal, I mean threats like cancer, which is basically a rebellious cell that divides and grows uncontrollably.
